Overview:

We are working with a VC fund launching a Healthcare Staffing firm in Tampa. Their focus is the Travel Nursing and Allied Health market. The VC fund have a wealth of experience when it comes to launching and rapidly scaling staffing firms and this new firm will add to their well decorated existing portfolio of recruitment companies. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced compliance professional to join them in aiding the launch of the firm and be part of its success as it grows.

Responsibilities:  

• Overseeing the compliance function of the firm with regards healthcare staffing respecting and complying to individual state laws

• Provide back end support for payroll for contractors, HR and other admin tasks.

• Work directly with senior stake holders in the business to ensure a smooth operation.
