Overview: Our client is seeking a talented Market Leader to join their team in Tampa. As a leader, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of juniors and manage business development. The ideal candidate should have experience placing professionals on a contract or perm basis, with a preference for Accounting & Finance and IT backgrounds.

Responsibilities: As a Market Leader, you will be responsible for managing business development and leading a team. Other responsibilities include:

• Managing a 360 Desk with clear success in business development

• Placing professionals on a contract or perm basis

• Accounting & Finance experience is preferred, but IT backgrounds will also be considered

Opportunities for Candidates: The successful candidate will have access to warm leads and support from recruiters in Sourcing and Execution. Financial opportunities include a base salary of $80k - $110k + Commission + Team Override. You will also have a lifestyle opportunity, with a 4-day hybrid schedule.

Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience running a 360 Desk in the Accounting & Finance (or IT) space, similar to a principal level and be looking to take a step up into management. The role is based in Tampa.
