Our client, a market leader in staffing for the Accounting and Finance industry, is seeking a talented individual contributor to join their team. The role calls for an individual who is passionate about business development and is committed to driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

As a Market Leader, you will play a key role in driving the business forward and building upon the existing success. Other responsibilities include:

• Running a 360 desk.

• Placing professionals on a contract or permanent basis in the Accounting and Finance industry.

• Work with Accounting and Finance professionals to identify their career goals and match them with appropriate opportunities.

Opportunity for candidates:

• Financial opportunity: $80k-$110k base salary, plus commission.

• Lifestyle opportunity: hybrid work schedule, four days in the office and remote work.

Ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate should be New York-based and have at least 2 years of experience running a 360 desk in the Accounting and Finance staffing industry, similar to the Principal level. Experience with placing professionals on both contract and permanent bases is desired.
