Location: Fully Remote Working​

Salary: $75k - $95k base with $190k OTE

We are working with a specialist technology executive search firm that works with the world's leading venture-backed tech businesses. They are looking to expand their team with Associate level hires. Previous hires to this team have had a significant uplift in fee sizes and earnings due to the level of role and the calibre of clients they work with. Their clients are the leading VC-backed Unicorns in the world and regularly go on to IPO very successfully!

The average fee size is between $120k and $200k. They are currently looking to make their delivery team the best in class. It would offer you the opportunity to work alongside a very successful partner. Their business is a lean business with 20 staff, and they would like to hire Associates to work in their Product & Engineering or GTM practice. You will receive a $5k bonus for every search completed, and you will work on 20 searches a year!

They are a fully remote business and are looking to hire ambitious Associates who want to be earning $1m a year.
