We have been retained by the newly minted Executive Search arm of an internationally recognized recruiting business. The business has been operating for 5 years, however has recently rebranded ahead of their formal US launch. The seach business they do is focussed on Private Equity, placing Operating Partners into funds and then also CXO work across their portfolio companies. They additionally have a successful Management Consulting search business that they can leverage for transformational leaders. They operate on a fully-retained model on all searches, with average fee sizes around $150,000.
This business already conducts around 40% of their work in North America and are now looking to build their team in the US, with a Partner hire.
Winning retained business from Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies.
Executing on high quality searches, with some research support.
Partnering with other revenue generating Partners across the globe to leverage the brand, enabling the business to win more work.
