Tempting Talent is currently partnered with an innovative talent and staffing solutions company that leverages AI and data to deliver end-to-end talent solutions directly to the most exciting Private Equity and Venture Capital funds and their portfolio companies.

Their solution is focused on four key areas: talent sourcing, Employer of Record services, RPO, and a tech-enabled talent ecosystem. They are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in partnering with PE and VC funds to help grow their client base.

Responsibilities:

• Identify partnership opportunities.

• Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand.

• Maintain existing business relationships.

• Think critically about which solutions would address client needs and pitch them effectively.

Experience:

• Strong track record in a sales-related role (A good understanding of recruitment services is helpful).

• Ideally, experience working with PE and VC funds as clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

• Focused and goal-oriented.
