Tempting Talent is currently partnered with an innovative talent and staffing solutions company that leverages AI and data to deliver end-to-end talent solutions directly to the most exciting Private Equity and Venture Capital funds and their portfolio companies.
Their solution is focused on four key areas: talent sourcing, Employer of Record services, RPO, and a tech-enabled talent ecosystem. They are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in partnering with PE and VC funds to help grow their client base.
Identify partnership opportunities.
Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand.
Maintain existing business relationships.
Think critically about which solutions would address client needs and pitch them effectively.
Strong track record in a sales-related role (A good understanding of recruitment services is helpful).
Ideally, experience working with PE and VC funds as clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
Focused and goal-oriented.
