Overview:

Our client is seeking end-to-end execution professionals in Go-to-Market recruitment with experience advising founders or venture-backed start-ups. They are an AI and tech-enabled search firm that allows search professionals more time to advise and work with founders.

Responsibilities:

  • Running searches end-to-end in GTM, working with seed to Series C technology start-ups.

  • Using technology and the client’s platform daily to make the search process more efficient.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to early-stage tech founders as well as venture talent partners.

Opportunity for candidates:

  • Financial opportunity: $100k-$120k base with commission up to 40% + equity.
