Seeking an individual with deep market experience and knowledge of recruitment for Robotics and Automation.

While our client already has adjacent markets served here such as technology and medical device recruitment, this is a cutting-edge market. A fantastic opportunity for an individual to build up the market with thesupport of a successful recruitment and search PE-backed portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Build out the Practice, build teams of 360 billers, while also billing yourself, developing strategic planning on how to build this practice with collaboration with the CEO of the portfolio company, who you would report directly into.

• Cross sell with the other teams in the business that have already expansively built out markets in Technology, Medical Device, Life Sciences and more.

Opportunity for Candidates:

• Financial Opportunity: $200k DOE, with comms going up to 50%, along with Equity in the business that you build.
