• Build and lead a permanent recruitment division across the firm's Technology, Healthcare, and Finance & Accounting practices

• Cross-sell existing business across all divisions

• Influence strategic decisions within the company

• 5+ years of permanent recruitment and business development in a recruitment agency - ideally within the Technology sector

• Strong sales background
