We are currently partnered with a leading Executive Search firm, focusing on placing Senior Partners within Management consultancy firms such as Big 4 as well as a wide range of boutiques. Due to an outstanding 2023 which saw the function as the high performing within the business they are looking to bring on an Associate.

Role Responsibilities

You would be conducting the entire candidate management process from sourcing, screening and managing executive level candidates.

Initially you will be given active roles to work on with tier 1 clients, but you will be encourages to develop your own client book in the future with boutique consulting firms across sectors that interest you.

Compensation

Working this role will see you earn a salary up to $70k - $80k + an aggressive commission plan that will see you comfortably exceed six figures.

Skills needed

• Current experience managing a full recruitment process ideally within an Executive Search firm.

• While experience recruiting within Professional Services/Management Consultancy are preferred, other industries will be considered such as Private Equity, Financial Services etc.

• Circa 2 years’ experience with a high level recruitment environment or Executive Search
