Overview:

Our client, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a Global VP for Consumer Practice to join their team. This is a newly created role as a result of a new Global Matrix Structure with three new heads across Industrials, Consumer and Commodities. Responsibilities:

• Lead the global consumer practice

• Drive financial growth and achieve sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies

• Coach and mentor team members to achieve their goals

Opportunity for candidates:

• Financial Opportunity: $200k to $240K base / $500k total compensation
