The company is a global Staffing & Recruitment agency, which has a very strong presence in the direct hire market. They focus on the placement of Account executives, administrators, administration managers, business assistants, desk assistants, events managers, executive assistants, facilities managers, graduates, office managers, operations managers, PR assistants, receptionists, and secretaries, across a multitude of Industries.

The Role

They are looking for a Head of Contract to build out their Temporary and Temp-to-hire side in New York.

It will be a warm desk and a soft landing as they already have a well-established client portfolio. You would come in as an Individual contributor and then as the practice grows you can build a team to support your desk.

You would work with leadership in the New York office, where the culture is just as delightful as the staff. This role offers a lot of autonomy and space to grow, within a very collaborative working environment.

Pay and Benefits

They offer a competitive compensation structure and benefits with a base range from $85,000-100,000 depending on experience and are open to working with you on a fair commission structure for you and your team. You will receive both direct and indirect team overrides.

On top of this health insurance (covered at 80%), 401(k) with match, 25 days PTO, company trip incentives, hybrid working, 4:30 PM finish every other Friday.
