Responsibilities:

• Build recruiting and sales strategies to identify clients in the market

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new accounts

• The key driver and owner of US business relationships

• Attend business meetings and visit clients

What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years of recruitment and business development experience in the Life Sciences sector - preferably within an agency 

• Strong sales background and track-record building relationships

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Proactive and goal-oriented work ethic
