Job Summary:
We are working with a rapidly growing payments Fintech company that is expanding its Talent Acquisition team. We are seeking a Lead Recruiter to focus on the corporate hiring function to spearhead our next stage of growth, from 140 employees to 250 and beyond! The company has developed an innovative platform improving financial wellness for employees and boosting business performance through their innovative on-demand pay solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for corporate functions, including General and Accounting, HR, and Marketing.
Spearhead the recruitment efforts to support the company’s growth from 140 to 250 employees and beyond.
Collaborate with the Head of Talent and senior management to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Recruitment Process Management:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate functions.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Develop strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering timely updates and feedback.
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Foster strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Team Leadership:
Initially function as an Individual Contributor (IC) with the potential to lead a team of 1-2 recruiters before the end of the year.
Mentor and support junior recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Compensation and Benefits:
Total compensation: $110k - $120k (flexible for the right person)
10% bonus

Option to work fully remote, with access to offices in Los Angeles, CA, and Plano, TX
