We are working with a multi-sector staffing firm based out of NYC focused who are looking to add a 360 revenue generator to their Life Sciences Department. They work with leading Biotech, Pharma and Med Device businesses and operate across R&D/Preclinical, Clinical and QA Validation and Manufacturing verticals. 

Role Responsibilities

You would be brought on to run a full desk, sourcing candidates for roles and facing clients. You would also be tasked with conducting new business development, market mapping and hunting new clients to partner with the firm. The role would start as an individual contributor position with a clear path into a management position.

Compensation

Working this role will see you earn a salary between $85k-$110k + commission up to 50% and full benefits (401k, Healthcare, Vision, Dental etc.)

You would also have the flexibility to work fully remotely
