Overview:

Our client, a leading global life science recruitment & search company, is looking to hire a senior leader to join their team in Boston or San Diego. The client has offices across Europe and the US, with main hubs in London and Boston. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to develop the existing team and lead it forward.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of recruiters within the life science space.

• Work closely with the Vice President to develop team strategy and achieve wider organisation goals.
