Position Overview:

In this position you would be a market director in charge of permanent placement focussing on Accounting & Finance, being responsible for scaling your own desk as well as the on boarding and continue growth of a supporting team. With a soft landing and walking into existing relationships, being able to leverage them whilst bringing your own is key.  

 Roles and responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Help Lead the strategic direction and growth initiatives of Accounting and Finance in the US and possibly have a team built out underneath you.

  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their talent needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Team Management: You will be quickly managing a team, whilst being involved in the expansion of the team. So, you will need to build and mentor a high-performing team of Accounting and Finance full desk recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

  • Driving revenue; you will be responsible for driving revenue from clients whilst placing into them at the highest level.


  • Proven track record of success in placing within the Accounting and Finance space.

  • Deep understanding of roles within niche, trends, and talent dynamics, with a robust network.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

  • Management experience
