We are currently partnered with an executive search and staffing firm that is focussed across several markets. offering temporary, temp-to-hire, consulting and full-time placement in technology, financial services, travel nursing & allied healthcare, local healthcare, and support service staffing. With over 20 years of experience, they are one of the leading recruitment firms in the US, with locations across Chicago, Charlotte, New York and Charleston.

 

Position Overview:

In this position you would be a market director in charge of permanent placement focussing on Technology, being responsible for scaling your own desk as well as the onboarding and continue growth of a supporting team. With a strong contract business already in place in New York, as well as in their other locations, you would be able to leverage this while you bring in and build your own book.

 

 Roles and responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Help Lead the strategic direction and growth initiatives of the Technology desk in the US and possibly have a team built out underneath you.

Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their talent needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.

Team Management: You will be quickly managing a team, whilst being involved in the expansion of the team. So, you will need to build and mentor a high-performing team of full-desk Technology recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Driving revenue; you will be responsible for driving revenue from clients whilst placing into them at the highest level.

 

 Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in placing within the Technology recruitment space, with a preference for generalist experience.

Deep understanding of roles within niche, trends, and talent dynamics, with a robust network.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Management experience.

Entrepreneurial mindset.
