We are currently partnered with an executive search and staffing firm that is focussed on financial services with a focus on Front office, Mid & Back office, Asset Raising & Retention and Acquisitions, Advisory, Team Lift Outs. They have excelled within this sector in the global markets. however, they have brick and mortar offices London and Dubai and have now opened an office in New York and want to expand from 5 to 30+. Their USP is the extensive research they have produced into the commercials that drive each strategy, setting them apart from all other competitors.

Position Overview:

In this position you would be in charge of permanent placement across one of the sectors of Front, Mid, Back office Staff within the Buy-side, and some sell-side. 

Roles and responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Help Lead the strategic direction and growth initiatives of  in the US and possibly have a team built out underneath you.

• Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their talent needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.

• Expert Knowledge: Within your field of expertise, you will be expected to have second to none knowledge and be able to portray that to clients willingly.

• Driving revenue; you will be responsible for driving revenue from clients whilst placing into them at the highest level.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in placing within the Buy Side space specifically Hedge fund and PE, Alt space.

• Deep understanding of roles within niche, trends, and talent dynamics, with a robust network.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
