We are partnered exclusively with a fast growth recruitment and Search firm that focuses on placing financial services and technology professionals into buy-side, sell-side, and Hedge Fund C-Suite.

The Founders, with a combined experience of around 60 years of working within investment banking, have leveraged their expertise and network in developing a strong book of business that they are leveraging to generate $2M in sales in their first year, leading to an influx of roles that now require individuals with a strong experience of recruiting in these markets to deliver upon.

Role Responsibilities

You would be conducting delivery recruitment across a range of functions within the buy-side, Sell-side, and Hedge Fund recruitment and Search space including but not limited to Directors of Finance, Directors of IR, Sales Traders, Quant Traders, Trade Operations, IR.

You would be given the freedom to work fully remotely, working closely with the founders of the firm and getting in on the ground early within a highly lucrative environment and partnering exclusively with firms untouched by some of the larger names in the FS recruiting sphere.

The role would begin as an Individual Contributor role, with the opportunity to move quickly into a leadership position within their flat organizational structure.

Compensation

Working this role will see you earn a draw of up to $100k + an aggressive commission plan that awards you directly up to 50% of each fee earned, as well as the potential for guarantees and sign ons to ease you into the firm.

Skills needed

  • Experience and deep knowledge of how to recruit in the Buy-Side, Sell-Side or Hedge Fund space.

  • 2-4 years’ experience within a staffing agency focused on FS recruitment OR experience working as an internal recruiter in this space.

  • Hunger and drive to work within a startup environment.
