Are you a mid-level consultant with 2-3 years of recruitment experience in AI and Emerging Tech, IT, ERP/Cloud, Software and Dev, FinTech, or Broadcast markets? Our client is looking for individuals to join their fast-growing firm in the US.

Responsibilities:

• 360 Billing with a heavy business development focus.

• View to become a people manager.

Opportunity for Candidates:

• Financial Opportunity: up to $80k base with a commission structure up to 40% on anything over $120K billed per quarter.

• Career Progression Opportunity: be part of a fast growth firm that is beginning to settle within the States, with a strong record of work already behind it and a UK base too.

• Lifestyle Opportunity: Hybrid for Perm (Santa Monica or Austin), or fully remote for contract.

Ideal Candidate:

• PERM – 360 Biller with a strong business development track record working within disruptive technologies.

• CONTRACT – 180 business development or 180 Delivery, remote, with strong track record in relevant markets.
