We are working with one of the Private Equity backed Software search firms. This is a unique position, working directly with the Founder and top Partners to execute on CFO searches for PE-backed Software companies. Working in pods of 3+ search professionals, you will be responsible for conducting the entire candidate management process from sourcing, screening, developing and managing executive level candidates.


This business holds a 100% NPS score with both clients and candidates, they are obsessed with providing top-tier service and expect all of their team to live that value

Responsibilities:

  • Executing on high quality CFO searches for top tier PE backed software firms.

  • Contributing to the management of client relationships with PE Talent Partners.

  • Supporting the Founder in business development, with a solid runway into taking ownership over this.

Opportunity for Candidates:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Retained search experience, with a solid CFO network. Accepted functional network includes People, Legal, Talent and HR.

  • Experience in the core markets of Private Equity or Venture portfolio search.

  • Ability to work independently with team mates working remotely.

  • Commitment to excellent customer service, focusing on both the client and the candidate.
