With a successful team of 3 and a target smashing revenue total of $1.3 million last year, the company is gearing up for an ambitious growth plan to double both its headcount and revenue this year. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving this growth and be a key contributor to the success of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Run a Full Desk:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to placement.

• Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent within the manufacturing sector.

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure the perfect match for client needs.

• Business Development: Proactively engage with new and existing clients to understand their staffing requirements.
