Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced individual to join the team as a Senior Associate in the Fixed Income & Capital Markets staffing practice. The successful candidate will support the team in delivering on the current workload and eventually run a full-desk in the practice, starting at a 180 capacity.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Running a 180, then 360 desk with clear success in sourcing and speaking to c-suite professionals.

• Placing professionals within the Buy-Side IM/Capital Markets space.

• Running a search process with Hedge Funds, Private Equity firms and Investment Banks.

Opportunity for Candidates:

• Financial Opportunity: $80k base (flexible based on seniority) paired with 40% commission.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3 years of experience running a 180

• Familiarity with capital markets and the fixed income space.
