Our client is a rapidly growing Fintech who is improving financial wellness for employees and boosting business performance at the same time by providing an intuitive on-demand pay solution eliminating the need for high-interest payday loans. They are currently seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Manager to help them on their growth journey. They are well financed with plenty of runway looking to add 40 heads this year!
Execute the end-to-end recruitment process with candidates across Engineering, GTM and back-office functions.
Advise on best practice for interviews and candidate experience.
Lead on employer branding.
Advise on ATS selection and implementation.
