Overview:

We have been retained by a growing investment firm focused on a mix of PE and VC growth equity and incubation; operating primarily in the Healthcare and Digital Health space. My client is looking for a Talent Associate to closely support a Director, working on internal Executive Searches with a group of the funds portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio company support, serving as an in-house Executive Search Partner for the funds portfolio companies

• Research, sourcing and engaging prospective candidates, pipeline development and overall project management.

• Partner closely with the talent team on implementing initiatives across the funds portfolio including DE&I, L&D, best practices on scaling and retaining talent, and more.

Ideal Candidate:

• Retained search experience, with at least 1 year's experience in an executive search environment

• Experience in the core markets of Private Equity portfolio search, or Healthcare Executive Search.

• Desire to work as in a highly consultative environment, forming long-term strategic partnerships.

• Get it done mentality, focused on getting the task done to a high quality within deadlines.
