Our Story

Tempting Talent was founded in 2017 as the talent consulting arm of Tempting Ventures, a recruitment focused Venture Capital firm.

Since then, Tempting Talent has become the leading consultancy to the recruitment & executive search industry in America, with offices in New York and London.

Our vision is to become the leading consultancy to the global Recruitment & Executive Search industry for talent, strategy and M&A.

Our mission is to empower people to reach their potential through careers in Recruitment & Executive Search. We aim to do this through access to the right information, opportunities, and connections to maximize the chances of professional success for individuals at every stage of their career.

What Defines us


So far, we have placed 130 professionals into Staffing and Executive Search. Of these, 32 have gone on to generate over $1m in gross profit per year.


We have offices in London and New York, and our diverse team champion the staffing industry and everyone in it. We are proud that 58% of our placements in the last 12 months were diverse candidates.
