​With over 8 years of experience, Rob has built a reputation for building and consulting search firms. Rob joined the business in the middle of 2020 with 6 years of recruitment experience.

At Tempting Talent, Rob leads a team of four professionals, focused on finding world-class talent for our clients. His team works with Executive Search firms in Technology, Financial Services, Professionals Services, Energy, Life Sciences, and Healthcare. Rob personally specialises in building technology executive search businesses and also specializes in placing top executive search and recruiting talent, into the Talent teams of Venture Capital and Private Equity firms.

Rob has a track record of working with top revenue-generating talent in the US, placing them in Executive Search and securing investment to build their own firms. Rob also secured one of the biggest deals in the company’s history – securing a $3m venture investment in a new consulting start-up from the CEO of a multi-national recruitment company. Additionally, Rob provides guidance to business owners on finding their next talent, growth strategy and market intelligence.

Over the past three years, Rob and the team have placed 32 recruitment and search professionals who previously generated $1m+/year in their role. Their mission is to help specialist technology talent businesses attract world-class talent, making them an essential partner for businesses that want to stay ahead of the curve.
