As the Managing Consultant, you will be responsible for running a successful search process and mentoring associates in the team. You should have experience placing professionals within the GRC space and be comfortable managing a team.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company that offers a competitive financial package of $95k - $105k base salary with up to 40% commission and 10% commission for team revenue (quarterly pay-out).

Our client also values a work-life balance, offering a hybrid schedule of 3 days a week (Monday and Thursday) and the flexibility to choose your third day, as well as monthly events and quarterly trips.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience running a 360 desk in the GRC space, placing professionals of all levels in this market.
