Overview:

We have been retained by the leading Go-To-Market Executive Search firm in the US. They are a fully remote business, focused on Sales and Marketing searches for VC and PE backed technology firms. They are looking to expand their Research team for 2024, due to their strong pipeline of work. You would be supporting top Partners with a path to promotion to an Associate role in 12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Research, sourcing and engaging prospective candidates, pipeline development and overall project management.

• Conducting candidate qualification calls, in tandem with Partners.

• Supporting business development activities, via research, deck preparation and prospecting.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 6 months' experience in a research role, preferably in executive search

• Experience in Go-To-Market, Technology or knowledge of PE/VC.

• Strong academic background.

• Get it done mentality, focused on getting the task done to a high quality within deadlines.

• Excellent Communicator, with a view to moving into a sales focused role.
