​Jake is the latest addition to the Tempting Talent team, specializing in placing high-level professionals within the financial and professional services market. His journey started at Furman University in South Carolina, Greenville, where he balanced academics and athletics as a student-athlete in soccer. Jake graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.

Jake's time at Furman has equipped him with the skills needed to navigate the fast-paced world of recruitment, fostering a robust work ethic and providing a solid foundation for understanding the U.S., where he lived for three and a half years.

Looking ahead, Jake's goal is to leverage the knowledge and skills gained outside of recruitment, coupled with the continuous learning within the industry, to successfully manage a team in the future.

Outside of work, Jake is passionate about playing and watching soccer!
