Overview:

We have been retained by a boutique executive search agency, that have a decades long track record of success.  The search business they do is focussed on Private Equity backed and Public clients across Industrials, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Technology. They have a well defined execution process, that enables Partner to leverage a 4 person team for execution work to free up their time for business development and client work. They are looking for a Partner to lead their Aerospace and Defense practice, that historically has billed over $2.5m YoY for the past 5 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Winning retained business from Private Equity backed and Public Aerospace & Defense clients

  • Executing on high quality searches, with a 4 person execution and research team beneath.

  • Partnering with other revenue generating Partners across the different practices to leverage the brand, enabling the business to win more work.

  • Mentoring and developing the execution team, for long term success.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Retained search experience, with a track record of winning your own work. Minimum of $1m of independent origination.

  • Experience in the core markets of Aerospace & Defense Executive Search.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other Partners and Execution team.

  • Get it done mentality, focused on getting the task done to a high quality within deadlines.
