We are working with one of the Private Equity backed Software search firms. This is a unique position, working directly with their inspiring Founder to execute on CFO searches. The Founder would work directly with you, to develop your career and support you to become a revenue generating Partner.

This business holds a 97/100 NPS score with both clients and candidates, they are obsessed with providing top-tier service and expect all of their team to live that value.

Responsibilities:

• Executing on high quality CFO searches for top tier PE backed software firms.

• Managing client relationships with PE Talent Partners.

• Supporting the Founder in business development, ahead of progressing into taking ownership over this.

Opportunity for Candidates:

• Financial Opportunity: up to $100k+ base with a conservative Y1 OTE of $300k

• Retained search experience, with a strong CFO network.
