We are working with a established multi-sector staffing firm based out of NYC operating across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Tech, Finance, Manufacturing and more.

Role Responsibilities

You would be working alongside the Partner of the business and alongside the existing Nursing practice to be able to leverage business and cross sell.

You would be given the freedom to work fully remotely, be in a mature environment where you have full autonomy in running your desk.

The role would begin as an Individual Contributor role, to launch their Physician desk, and bring on team members to grow the division further.

Compensation

Working this role will see you earn a draw + commission starting at 45%  benefits (401k, Healthcare, Vision, Dental etc.)

Skills needed

• Current role within a Healthcare Staffing Agency

• Experience conducting New Business Development for a Healthcare Staffing Agency and running a 360 desk

• 3+ Years experience within a Staffing Agency
