Role and responsibilities:

• Manage and control the IT Perm division within a 35 year old recruitment and executive search company HQ’d in New York

• Leverage existing client relationships

• Build your own team

What they are looking for:

• Experience of working in a delivery “full-cycle” role

• Previous experience of quant finance from a recruitment perspective (any sector) is strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail regarding system usage and sharing data

• Genuine team-player who enjoys a collaborative approach
